This fruity ice cream is fun to make with children and can be easily transformed into a smoothie by adding more milk.
You will need: (for three toddler sized portions of ice cream) • A blender or food processor • 1 frozen chopped banana • 2 large handfuls of frozen berries or other fruit • 1 tub of natural yoghurt • A cup of milk

Add the frozen fruit to the blender (we’re using a nutri bullet). Get your little one to spoon in the yoghurt.

Then add a dash of milk and blend. Give it a good shake then add the rest of the milk.

Blend until smooth but thick.

Enjoy!
Or you can add more milk and blend again until you get the consistency of a smoothie and get the curly straws out!!
